Ray White Bursmac was born from the coming together of two like minded individuals in 2001. From a standing start, in a fiercely competitive market, the principals Steve McMahon and Chris Bursey were determined to establish the strongest real estate team in the Outer City North Eastern suburbs of Perth.

In its inaugural year Ray White Bursmac achieved Top 10 office status within the Ray White Group. In its second year Ray White Bursmac achieved incomparable results by climbing to 4th position and winning Top Recruitment Office in 2004.
